Workers' Month 2025 is organized at a particularly meaningful time, associated with major holidays such as the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30); the 139th International Labor Day (May 1) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).

Trade Unions at all levels in the province have developed a plan to organize Workers' Month and the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in a synchronized, focused, practical manner, bearing the clear imprint of the Trade Union organization.

According to the plan, the highlights of the organized activities include: The Thank You Workers Program; May Dialogue; the Party with Workers - Workers with the Party Forum; Creative Workers, Confidently Entering a New Era…

The entire province currently has nearly 3,000 grassroots Trade Unions with nearly 700,000 Trade Union members. Accompanying workers, Dong Nai Trade Union is promoting many activities to care for and support workers to work with peace of mind and stable lives. From 2024 until now, Trade Unions at all levels have cared for and given hundreds of thousands of gifts to union members and workers with a total cost of over 500 billion VND.

Accordingly, in addition to activities to care for, support, and honor outstanding workers, Trade Unions at all levels advise Party committees so that union members and workers can share their opinions and thoughts on life, work, social security… This is also an opportunity for Party committees, authorities, and businesses to listen, grasp aspirations, resolve difficulties and obstacles; and at the same time create better conditions for workers to work and contribute with peace of mind.

In addition, Trade Unions at all levels organize a peak month for developing union members and building strong grassroots Trade Unions, associated with introducing outstanding union members to the Party. Strive for 55% or more of grassroots Trade Unions in the enterprise sector and 35% of Trade Unions in the administrative and public service sector to have at least 1 activity in response to Workers' Month. Along with that, launch the Emulation Movement for Good Labor, Creative Labor, encouraging workers to promote initiatives and participate in technical improvement and product quality competitions. The activities ensure practicality, effectiveness, and suitability for the production and labor conditions of the locality, unit, and enterprise.
