Extending journey of care and support for workers

For many years, Workers' Month has been a special occasion for trade unions and businesses to show gratitude and take care of all aspects of the lives of union members and workers.

This is the care, companionship, and gratitude from trade unions and businesses for the silent contributions of workers.

According to Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), with the motto of focusing on the grassroots and for the benefit of union members, activities to care for union members and workers during Workers' Month have been concretized through practical and meaningful actions. Many new models and approaches by trade unions have created motivation for workers to feel secure, commit, contribute, and together with units and businesses overcome difficulties and develop sustainably.

One of the highlights of Workers' Month 2025 is that all levels of Dong Nai Trade Union simultaneously organized delegations to businesses and rented housing areas to visit and support hundreds of workers with extremely difficult circumstances, those who suffered work accidents, or had serious illnesses. The words of inquiry, small gifts, and encouraging handshakes from trade union officials have helped warm many workers who are struggling with difficulties in life.
