Creating competitive atmosphere in businesses

After the long holidays of April 30 and May 1, at businesses (DN) in Dong Nai province, workers  focused on production, striving to complete assigned goals and tasks.

Le Minh Hanh, a worker at Advanced Multitech Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach district), said that after 2 days of holidays, he returned to the factory, quickly got back into the swing of work, and completed the assigned orders. In addition, he and many other workers actively participated in emulation movements to improve product quality to increase their income.

Advanced Multitech Co., Ltd. is currently ensuring stable employment for nearly 5,000 workers and fully implementing regimes, policies, and benefits, creating motivation for workers to feel secure, committed, and work effectively. In addition, the grassroots trade union actively organizes sports and cultural activities for workers to restore their health and contribute more to their work.

Do Thi Thuy Kieu, Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union, said that before the holidays, the company launched a peak emulation campaign in production to welcome Workers' Month 2025. Workers participated enthusiastically, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere on each production line. In addition to completing their tasks, workers actively promoted improvement initiatives, contributing with the company to improve product quality and ensure signed orders.
