Over 6,100 traffic violations recorded in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Traffic Police Department reported that after more than 10 days of enforcing Decree No. 168/NĐ-CP/2024, over 6,100 traffic violations had been recorded across the province.

The main offenses included speeding, driving under the influence, overloading passengers, and not wearing helmets. Authorities have issued fines totaling approximately 13.9 billion VND, revoked 446 driver's licenses, and deducted points from 45 licenses.

To enhance road safety before, during, and after the Lunar New Year, traffic police will continue strict enforcement, particularly at major intersections on key highways, such as Vung Tau Intersection, Amata Intersection, and Cong 11 Junction.
