Two youths in Dong Nai receive the Ly Tu Trong Award

(DN) - The Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union has just announced the results of the selection for the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2025.

Among the 100 youths selected to receive awards this time, Dong Nai has 2, namely Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hiep, Secretary of the Youth Union of Hoa Binh Primary School, Tan Hoa Ward (Bien Hoa City), and Ms. Le Thi Mai Thi, Secretary of the Youth Union of Phu Lap Kindergarten, Phu Lap Commune (Tan Phu District).

The Ly Tu Trong Award is a noble prize of the Central Youth Union for secretaries of youth unions, deputy secretaries, secretaries of grassroots youth unions, and youth union officials directly engaging in Youth Union work and the youth movement at the district level who have outstanding achievements in study, labor, and work.

As known, individuals honored with this award must meet general standards such as: age not exceeding 35, having many notable achievements in labor, work, fulfilling political and professional responsibilities, and demonstrating a high sense of responsibility. In addition, they must have many initiatives and new ideas applied in practice with high effectiveness, actively participating in community activities recognized by society…

It is expected that the ceremony to honor outstanding youth union officials nationwide and to present the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2025 will take place on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26-3-1931 - 26-3-2025) and the 111th anniversary of the birth of hero Ly Tu Trong (1914-2025).
