(ĐN) – On February 19, Dong Nai Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin held a meeting to review its activities in 2024 and set tasks for 2025.
According to Chairman Mai Van Nho of the provincial Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, the association gained 335 new members in 2024, bringing the total number of members to nearly 7,700. Đồng Nai currently has 8,600 Agent Orange victims, including war veterans exposed to chemical agents and their descendants, as well as civilian victims.

Over the past year, the association received more than 16.1 billion VND in cash and in-kind donations, exceeding the target by 269%. These resources enabled the association to implement support programs for Agent Orange victims with a total value of over 16 billion VND.
For 2025, the association aims to strengthen its organizational structure and improve operational efficiency.
During the event, the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin presented certificates of appreciation to nine individuals and organizations in Đồng Nai. Additionally, the provincial association honored 138 individuals and groups for their outstanding contributions to the cause.
