(ĐN)- Dong Nai targets to supply clean water meeting the Health Ministry’s standards to 85 percent of population in 2025. So far, many communes in the province have made significant efforts in infrastructure development, including water supply, education, and healthcare. Notably, Dinh Quan district has invested VND156 billion in water supply projects with 88.7% of households using clean water, and over 62% using water from centralized systems. Thong Nhat district also surpassed its targets, with 66.5% of households using clean water.

The provincial authorities has committed to increasing access to clean water through investments in infrastructure, with 466 km of pipelines installed in 2024. By the end of year, nearly 85% of rural households have used clean water according to standards. In early 2025, the figure was over 92%.
According to the report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the province is planning to invest approximately VND474 billion in 8 centralized water supply projects with a designed capacity of nearly 38,500 m³/day.
