(DN) - Dong Nai launched the 2025 Earth Hour Campaign on March 22, with nearly 200 participants, including officials, civil servants, employees, university and college students, as well as members of local associations, organizations, and cycling clubs in Bien Hoa City.

Under the theme "Green Transition – Green Future," the campaign aims to raise awareness among individuals, communities, and businesses about the importance of energy conservation and efficiency. It promotes the development of a green economy with greater competitiveness, contributing to climate change mitigation and achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
After the launch ceremony, participants cycled through major streets in Bien Hoa City to encourage the public to support Earth Hour 2025 by switching off lights and non-essential electrical devices from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM tonight. Residents are also encouraged to take practical actions such as turning off electrical devices when not in use, installing rooftop solar power systems, setting air conditioners at a reasonable temperature, and avoiding the simultaneous use of high-power appliances.
