In 2024, many localities, agencies, and units in Đồng Nai Province have made significant efforts to improve administrative reform (CCHC) indicators, rising to the top rankings.

This achievement results from the determined leadership and direction of local authorities, who have implemented innovative models to enhance administrative procedures for residents and businesses.

Effective models in action

By the end of 2024, Vĩnh Cửu District ranked among the top five districts in administrative reform, according to Decision No. 77/QĐ-UBND issued on January 10, 2025. This success is attributed to several innovative initiatives, such as chatbot guidance for administrative procedures, QR code applications, extended service hours beyond regular working hours, and digitized document verification.

At Thạnh Phú Commune, initiatives like "after-hours support for administrative procedures" and "No appointment Thursdays" have been well-received, making government services more accessible.

Accelerating Progress for Breakthroughs

With the motto "No retreat, only action," localities have taken decisive steps to improve administrative services. Thống Nhất District, previously ranked low, made a breakthrough in 2024, rising to fifth place among 11 districts. The district identified bottlenecks, embraced digital technology, and encouraged officials to develop innovative solutions.

Leaders across agencies agree that administrative reform can only be effective when officials view residents as customers, prioritize public interests, and work towards a truly people-centered government.
