The participating companies have a demand to recruit nearly 500 interns in accounting and business administration. Among them, some companies recruit only 2-3 interns, while others recruit many, from 20-30 interns.

During the program, Dong Nai University and the companies signed a memorandum of understanding for internship recruitment cooperation. Dr. Le Anh Duc, Rector of Dong Nai University, expressed his desire for the companies to continue supporting the university in determining output standards suitable to the reality of the companies; to join the university in building training programs... so that when students graduate, companies do not have to retrain them, or the retraining time is the shortest.

As part of the program, representatives of the companies interacted and exchanged with students information related to the internship period and job opportunities after the internship process. Accordingly, students' questions focused on issues such as corporate culture, benefits for students when participating in the internship program; opportunities for learning and developing skills during the internship; opportunities to be officially hired after the internship ends...

In response to students' inquiries, most company representatives agreed that before participating in the internship program, students should thoroughly research the companies; always be ready with a spirit of learning and contribution; be diligent in observing and learning from those who precede them... Along with that, students need to clearly define their direction, position themselves for the future, and must have the determination to pursue their goals to the end.
