50 scholarships for poor students

(ĐN)- On January 8, Dong Nai Newspaper in collaboration with Thanh Hoa Business Club held a scholarship awarding ceremony for disadvantaged students. The event was attended by Dong Nai Newspaper's Deputy Editor-in-Chief, representatives from the Thanh Hoa Business Club, and local officials.

The Thanh Hoa Business Club donated VND100 million to fund scholarships for students in Vinh Cuu district’s Tri An commune. At the ceremony, 50 scholarships, each worth VND2 million, were awarded to students from kindergarten to middle school in the area. The "Overcoming difficulties for a brighter future" scholarship program, organized by Dong Nai Newspaper since 2001, has awarded over 3,400 scholarships, totaling more than 4.7 billion VND. In 2024 alone, 700 scholarships worth 800 million VND were distributed.
