(ĐN) - On February 22, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang attended the 21st scholarship awarding ceremony for poor students for the 2024-2025 school year.

This scholarship program is jointly organized by Ajinomoto Vietnam Co., Ltd., Dong Nai Study Encouragement Association, Nippon Sanso Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and Kureha Vietnam LLC. The program awarded 400 scholarships with a total amount of 540 million VND to disadvantaged junior high and high school students who strive to excel in their studies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang acknowledged and thanked the contributions of businesses that created the Scholarship Fund for students. The scholarship fund has helped thousands of students in Dong Nai ease their difficulties on the path of education, contributing to social welfare efforts. The Vice Chairwoman hopes that businesses will continue supporting, expanding the scholarship fund, and assisting more students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The Vice Chairwoman wishes that the students receiving scholarships will continue to strive in all aspects, always excel in their studies and lives, be good children, and be diligent students to later become useful individuals for their families and society.
