120 customers got loans from VN120 bil social housing package

(ĐN)- According to the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, only 120 customers in the province have been approved for preferential loans from the 120-trillion-VND credit package through commercial banks to purchase social housing. The total disbursed amount has reached 55 billion VND.

The limited number of loan recipients and disbursed funds is mainly due to the low number of completed and available housing projects. Additionally, interest rates for social housing loans remain relatively high—only 1.5-2% lower than regular commercial loans. The short preferential loan term and complex application procedures further contribute to the slow disbursement.
