114 violations of regulations on resources and environment

According to statistics from Tan Phu district, in 2024, through inspections, the district discovered 114 legal violations in the field of land. Among them, there were 59 cases of failing to register land for the first time, 41 cases of failing to register land changes, 14 cases of using land for incorrect purposes, and other violations. The district has issued administrative penalty decisions with a total amount of nearly 240 million VND.

In the field of the environment, the district inspected and fined one case of violating environmental protection laws in livestock farming with an amount of over 32 million VND. The district participated in the provincial environmental inspection and monitoring team and discovered and fined 2 out of 4 livestock farms that violated environmental protection laws with a total fine of 555 million VND.
