(ĐN) - Dong Nai is expected to launch new housing projects until 2025, providing the market with 108,000 apartments. The new condominiums are located in the districts of Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Trang Bom and Bien Hoa city.
The projects are estimated at a total capital of nearly VND120.6 trillion.
The province is now home to 233 commercial housing projects with a total area of approximately 7,800 ha. It is also implementing 63 resettlement projects covering some 700 ha across the locality.
