The Confederation expects to receive 300,000 initiatives to boost post-pandemic recovery and development. The campaign has received positive response from Labor Confederations of Hanoi, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that in the first phase, it had received tens of thousands of initiatives from workers who have hands-on experience in production and business.
Tran Thanh Hai, Vice President of the General Confederation of Labor, said: “The campaign aims to collect initiatives from workers, trade union leaders, cadres, and farmers to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and rural development. In this context, the creativity of workers will be an important factor to overcome numerous difficulties and recover Vietnamese economy.”
