(ĐN)- Dong Nai has established five new grassroots trade unions in FDI enterprises with 321 members out of 325 laborers since early last week, according to the provincial Labor Union.
Along with establishing new grassroots trade unions, the labor union paid its attention in propaganda activities to raise awareness of laborers as well as organized training courses on labor laws for workers at new companies, and suggested the grassroots trade unions to closely work with the companies’ leaders to take well care of laborers’ lives.
So far, the province has set up 2,887 grassroots trade unions with 728,000 members
