Accordingly, the demand for unskilled workers accounts for 97.77 percent of the total demand, focusing on textile and garment, footwear, wooden products, life insurance, household electrical products, etc. Laborers with technical skills and university and college degree make up some 2 percent.
According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the province will need more than 130,000 workers from now to the end of this year, including over 100,000 unskilled workers.
