Accordingly, from Februray 2022, the Vietnam Social Policy Bank will assist 21 orphans in Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Soc Trang and Can tho, with 2 million VND monthly to be given to each child.
In Dong Nai alone, there are four children benefited from the campaign.
