(ĐN)- The highest bonus for the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday has been reported at nearly VND800 million in a foreign-invested business at Long Binh industrial park, according to Dong Nai Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA).
Despite many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many local businesses still try to give Tet bonuses to their employees. Accordingly, bonuses for the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) at most companies in Dong Nai are worth one month's salary on average,
Local enterprises have planned other forms of pre-Tet support for their workers like gifts and train/bus/flight tickets for returning home.
For employees staying in the province to celebrate Tet, businesses and trade unions will organize year-end celebrations, visit and give gifts to those with difficult circumstances.
