(ĐN)- On January 15, Dong Nai Study Promotion Association held a ceremony to hand over 400 scholarships totaling VND440 million to junior and high school students across the province.
Particularly, Ajinomoto Vietnam donated 200 scholarships, Nippon Sanso VN and Kureha VN gave 100 scholarships each.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Son Hung of the provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman thanked the enterprises for their support for local students, saying that the scholarship not only helps disadvantaged students to overcome their difficulties to continue their study, but also a source of encouragement for other students to strive for better performance in study.
