Chairwoman of the provincial Dong Nai Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Nhu Y said, since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, local labor unions have cooperated with Department of Health to visit and offer gifts to local frontline forces.
So far, trade unions at various levels have presented over VND2.2 billion to provincial frontline forces; VND1.6 billion to over 900 checkpoints in 11 localities.
With over VND4.1 billion presented today, along with more than VND1.5 billion to be about to support forces at district-level, the provincial Dong Nai Labor Federation has so far handed over VND9 billion to local frontline forces, hoping to join hands with the health sectors in COVID-19 fight.
