(ĐN) - On August 22, Vietnam Coast Guard Command’s delegation visited and presented 100 gifts worth VND1 million each to pandemic-hit people in Trang Dai ward, Bien Hoa city.
In response to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s appeal, the delegation raised and offered more than 300 gifts to households affected by the pandemic in Vinh Cuu and Nhon Trach districts. The delegation also sent soldiers to participate in COVID-19 prevention and control in Nhon Trach district and Binh Thuan province.
At the same day, Trang Dai ward’s police also handed over 4 tons of food totaling VND200 million to students and workers with difficult circumstances in the locality.
