(ĐN)- Implementing Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP 2021 policies to support COVID-19-hit employees and employers, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee approved to provide financial support to 3,800 laborers who are facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Long Thanh district.
Accordingly, more than 2,800 of them received assistance worth nearly VND4.3 billion, reported the Long Thanh district’s Office of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs on August 16.
Over the past time, Dong Nai has made efforts to provide care for residents, workers and frontline forces in quarantined and lockdown sites, such as holding food and necessities support programmes, helping farmers sell farm produce, and improving material and spiritual lives of workers.
