(ĐN)- Additional 836 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the province in the past 24 hours to 7am on August 26, according to Dong Nai Centre for Disease Control.
Of the new daily cases, Vinh Cuu district reported the highest number at 321 cases, followed by Bien Hoa city with 222, Nhon Trach district 205, Trang Bom 48, etc.
Dong Nai has so far documented 20,614 COVID-19 cases. The number of death toll stood at 150.
The same day, 620 patients were given the all-clear, raising the total number of recoveries to 8,749.
So far, the province provided financial support to 48,857 workers without labour contracts who lost their jobs with a total amount of VND73.28 billion.
