At the handover ceremony, Chairman Do Dang Tuoc of Dong Nai provincial Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association said that Vietnam and Laos are managing to curb the coronavirus outbreak. The aid is to help people in Laos with the pandemic combat, supporting each other in carrying out preventive measures effectively.
For her part, Laos Consul General in HCM City PhimPha KeoMiXay said the aid is a clear demonstration of the special Laos-Vietnam relations, adding that the gift will help her country continue to curb the pandemic.
