(ĐN) - Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee has recently issued a decision to allocate money for the preferential loan program for buying and renting social houses of this year according to the Government’s Decree No. 100/2021/NĐ-CP.
Accordingly, Dong Nai authorities plans to provide preferential loans totaling VND76.5 billion for buyers of social housing projects in 2021, VND15 billion higher than last year’s figure.
Particularly, Nhon Trach was assigned to offer VND17.4 billion loans, Bien Hoa city, nearly VND9 billion, the districts of Dinh Quan, Trang Bom and Vinh Cuu, over VND7 billion each.
