Most of the new Party organizations have built operating regulations in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Party Committee as well as done well their duties in the enterprises, contributing to join hands with the enterprises increase their effectiveness in trade-production activities, stable spiritual and material lives for Party members and laborers.
So far, the district has so far set up 37 Party cells in non-state-owned enterprises, with over 400 members.
