(ĐN)- Politburo member and head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization Truong Thi Mai visited Bishop's Office of Xuan Loc Diocese in Long Khanh city on December 23 to extend Christmas greetings to the local Catholics in the province.

On behalf of the Party, State and Fatherland Front leaders, Politburo member Mai expressed her best wishes to Catholic dignitaries and followers good health and a peaceful Christmas season.

The head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization expressed her deepest appreciation for the contributions of the bishops and dignitaries of Xuan Loc Diocese in guiding the parishioners to actively participate in worthwhile and participating in charitable activities, making important contributions to the process of building and defending the Fatherland.

Mai hailed Dong Nai's authorities for following the Party and State’s policies of creating conditions for religious establishments in line with the law, contributing to local socio-economic development.

Bishop of the Xuan Loc Diocese Dinh Duc Dao pledged to urge Catholic dignitaries and followers to uphold the power of great national unity and continue contributing to the nation.
