In the first nine months of the year, enterprises in Dong Nai signed 75 labor collective agreements, bringing the total enterprises signing labor collective agreements in the province to 1,193, accounting of 77 percent of businesses with grassroots trade unions, and 1.3 percent higher than those of 2019.
The contents of labor collective agreements are brief which have lots of terms benefiting laborers, meeting the demand of laborers at the businesses, helping them feel secure in working and be close-knit to their companies.
