Particularly, the delegation gave 700 gifts worth over VND600,000 each to residents at Duy Ninh and Tan Ninh communes in Quang Ninh district.
The delegation also paid homage and presents flood aid to five families in Duy Ninh commune, offered 100 gifts to needy households in Van Ninh commune.

Chairman Phan Van Cau of Quang Binh provincial Red Cross Association thanked Dong Nai’s delegation for their assistance to local authorities and people.
Storms and floods have left 23 people dead and missing, submerged hundreds of thousands of houses, he said.
