Accordingly, the delegation gave 700 gifts to people at Trieu Thuong and Trieu Long communes in Trieu Phong district where suffer severe losses due to the consequences of natural disasters.

Chairman Nguyen Dinh Chien of Quang Tri provincial Red Cross Association stressed that the region has suffered historic flooding from prolonged downpours and successive typhoons since early last month, which had resulted in 50 deaths and 4 missing persons.
