(ĐN)- A range of activities including planting trees, recycling, environmental cleaning, collecting litter at schools and streets will be launched in Dong Nai during 18-20 September to response to the “Clean up the world” campaign 2020, with this year’s theme : “Every small action makes a world of difference”.
While banners and posters that promote environmental and national resource protection will be also placed at public places and main streets to improve public awareness on the environmental issues.
Clean Up the World was established in 1993 and is one of the largest community-based environmental programs in the world. It has been in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme since 1993. So far, the campaign called for the response from more than 130 countries and territories to carry out activities that address local environmental issues.
