(ĐN)- On June 2, nearly 300 students and teachers from Trang Bom district-based Trinh Hoai Duc school and Sonadezi College of Technology and Management attended a voluntary blood donation program launched by Dong Nai Red Cross Association.
Accordingly, the organizer collected 246 units of blood.
Earlier, on June 1, the same event was also organized at Dong Nai Medical College and attracted the participation of almost 200 students and teachers.
Chaiwoman Do Thi Phuoc Thien of the provincial Red Cross Association said that the association targets to collect more than 4,300 blood units in June and hoped that the voluntary blood donation campaigns in the province will continue to receive an enthusiastic response from all members of the community.
