(ĐN)- Dong Nai Blind People’s Association has recently cooperated with Thanh Binh Company to present 1,000 gifts totaling VND400 million to its poor members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
These gifts, including 20 kg of rice and spice each, aimed to help poor blind persons to overcome difficulties.
Since the beginning of this year, the association raised more than VND13 billion from organizations, agencies and enterprises across the province to build 7 charity houses and gave thousand of gifts for members with difficult circumstances.
