Accordingly, heavy rains and whirlwinds which happened between August 8 and August 12, 2019 caused partial floods, damaging more than 326.7 m3 of fish farms of 146 farmers in Thanh Son, Ngoc Dinh and Phu Vinh communes with loss estimated at some VND26 billion.
Nearly VND26 billion of financial support, funded from Fund for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue of Dong Nai province, will be provided to these farmers, helping them promptly re-start production.
