(ĐN) – The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on April 28 announced the 2019 Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI).
Accordingly, Dong Nai saw an increase in its score in 2019. Dong Nai is now among 16 provinces and cities scoring high-average level. In 2018, the province scored under the low-average level.
The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) is a policy monitoring tool that reflects citizen experiences with central to local governments in performing their governance, public administration and public service delivery functions.
PAPI helps create motivation for public officials, civil servants and public employees at different levels and in different sectors to perform better in public sector management and public service delivery.
