(ĐN) – Dong Nai provincial People's Committee has recently issued Document No. 3937 / UBND-KTNS on supporting local lottery ticket sellers who have been affected as the issuance of lottery tickets was halted for 15 days starting April 1.
Accordingly, lottery ticket sellers in the locality will receive each VND60,000 aid per day over the 15-day period.
In addition to government efforts, local residents are also doing their best to support lottery ticket sellers in their communities.
They offered gift baskets filled with rice, instant noodles, fish sauce and cooking oil to those no longer able to earn a living due to the prohibition of lottery ticket sales.
