(ĐN) – Dong Nai provincial authorities has recently approved a social housing project for workers in Nhon Trach district which is invested by Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO)
Covering an area of 10 hectares, the project will include 74 townhouses, twelve nine-floor buildings with 1,900 apartments, primary school, facilities for cultural activities, and greenery areas.
The project is expected to be completed in 2026 and accommodate about 3,500 employees, helping them shorten time to go to their working places.
