(ĐN)- As many as 8 grassroots trade unions, with 471 members, were set up in Dong Nai last week, according to the provincial Labor Federation.
The new grassroots trade unions helped bring the total grassroots trade unions in the province to over 2,873 with more than 717,712 members out of over 765,229 laborers.
Along with establishing new grassroots trade unions, the labor federation paid its attention in propaganda activities to raise awareness of laborers as well as organized training courses on labor laws for workers at new companies.
