(ĐN)- Some 2,054 businesses in Dong Nai have revealed bonus plans for workers on the occasion of traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) 2020, according to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Particularly, the highest Tet bonuses from the province-based FDI enterprises, private and joint stock enterprises, State-run businesses will be VND372 million, VND120 million, VND67 million and VND36 million, respectively.
More specifically, state-owned companies are giving out an average bonus of more than VND7 million per person. Meanwhile, workers at joint stock firms with dominated state capital will receive over VND6.6 million on average.
Average Tet bonus for labourers at private businesses will be VND9.3 million, and the amount at foreign-invested firms is VND9.2 million.
Bonuses for the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) at FDI companies are worth one or two month’s salary on average.
