On the same day, Standing Deputy Secretary Ho Thanh Son of the provincial Party Committee also offered the best wishes to Mr Nguyen Can, a former official during the pre-uprising period, in An Binh ward and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Van Lan in Long Binh Tan ward during his visits a head of the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
