Accordingly, 55 percent of the city’s population participated in social insurance, completing 100 percent of the 2019 target, while 85 percent of population joined in health insurance, slightly below the yearly target of 90 percent.
In 2020, the city targets to raise its health insurance coverage to 87.1 percent.
