(ĐN)- In 2018, Dong Nai branch of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has provided preferential loans totaling more than VND85 billion to over 3,700 poor and near-poor households in Tan Phu district.
Particularly, the branch offered loans totaling more than VND30 billion to local poor and near-poor families to develop production, over VND29 billion to implement rural clean water and environmental sanitation projects, and VND18 billion to create jobs for laborers..
Besides, the branch also disbursed VND4.5 billion for disadvantaged students who are studying at universities, colleges and intermediate schools to help them cover their school fees and living costs.
