(ĐN)- The Labor Union of Thong Nhat district has established a grassroots trade union at Phu Viet Tin Company, operating in Dau Giay township in Thong Nhat district, with 13 members.
The new grassroots trade union helped bring the total grassroots trade unions in the district in 2019 to 4. So far, the Labor Union of Thong Nhat district has managed 121 grassroots trade unions with 5140 members out of 5798 laborers.
Along with establishing new grassroots trade unions, the labor union paid its attention in propaganda activities to raise awareness of laborers as well as organized training courses on labor laws for workers at new companies.
