(ĐN)- On December 7, Dong Nai Newspaper in cooperation with Nhon Trach district Youth Union handed over a house to the family of Nguyen Hoang Loc, grandchildren of 101-year-old heroic Vietnamese mother Dang Thi Ky in Phuoc Khanh commune.

Mr Thai Bao, Head of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, attended the event.
The house is built on an area of nearly 70 sq.m with a total cost of VND85 million. Of the total, Dong Nai Newspaper donated VND70 million, the remaining was contributed by the family. On this occasion, the newspaper also presented a television and a set of table and chairs.
Addressing at the event, Mr Thai Bao hoped that the family would continue to promote their revolutionary tradition, develop household economy and make their lives better.
