(ĐN)- In the first ten months of this year, Dong Nai branch of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has provided preferential loans totaling over VND606 billion to 24,700 policy beneficiaries, poor and near-poor families in the locality, allowing many of them to escape from poverty.
Particularly, the branch offered loans to more than 14,900 households to implement rural clean water and environmental sanitation projects, some 2,800 poor and near-poor families to develop production, and 5,400 households to create jobs for laborers.
