(ĐN)- Recently, Bien Hoa city’s AO/dioxin Victims Association organized a ceremony to award “Giving strengths to students” scholarships to students who are children of AO/dioxin victims living in the locality.
At the ceremony, the organizer awarded 37 scholarships worth VND1.6-2 million each to the students.
The scholarships totaling more than VND73 million, financed by the association’s fund.
