(ĐN) - Xuan Loc district’s Study Promotion Association and its agencies raised more than VND9.5 billion for local study promotion fund in the first 9 months of this year.
In this period, the association also mobilized over VND5.9 billion by encouraging locals to put money in their clay pigs to help students with difficult circumstances.
In Jan-Sept, the association awarded more than 4,300 scholarships, bicycles and notebooks totaling over VND8.4 billion for poor students.
