The figure includes nearly VN37 trillion from the local corresponding capital, accounting for over 10 percent of the total investment for the purpose, and around VND46.7 trillion from local residents, making up some 13 percent.
In the period, the province has focused investment on upgrading socio-economic infrastructure, thus creating remarkable improvements in production and living conditions of local life.
